Over the course of a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry Jenny has gained experience right across formulation development and has seen first-hand how particle properties can have a profound effect on product performance.  Through her leadership of the Materials Assessment group at Pfizer, Jenny performed detailed assessments of particle and bulk powder properties to enable the design of formulations and processes to de-risk manufacturing issues. 

Jenny has always been driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and applies that mindset to all aspects of her work – projects, processes and people.

As a mum of young children, she enjoys working to bring on the next generation of scientists and is an enthusiastic and passionate advocate of the apprentice scheme as a catalyst for introducing new energy, skills and perspective to a team.
