With over 20 years’ experience in materials science, Lisa combines technical expertise with a leadership style emphasising mentorship and team growth. Her career is marked by a strong work ethic and adaptability, having navigated a pathway from tribology to pharmaceuticals. Her expertise in particle characterisation and milling development is backed by a proven track record leading teams and delivering projects across all stages of product development from pre-formulation to filing.

Passionate about nurturing talent, she has supervised numerous PhD candidates and apprentices, recognising the value of hands-on experience in shaping the next generation of scientists. Lisa’s enthusiasm for learning means she’s always on the lookout for new digital, scientific and technology innovations to accelerate or streamline activities.
